Default Your signature dish or dishes

What is your signature dish or dishes? Can be simple or extravagent!

    Mine is:

    Tortellini carbonara & pancakes!

Both of these dishes i have been cooking for my DF since we started going out so hold a very special meaning for us. They aren't the healthiest thing for you, but are soo tasty!

*Slow roasted garlic and herb lamb shoulder.

*Smoked salmon and asparagus salad with caper and creme fraiche dressing - I always get asked to make this to bring to gatherings.

Potato gnocchi in a bolognese sauce (I would prefer to mix it up with a variety of sauces but that's how I first served it to dh and he doesn't want the possibility of not enjoying it with a different sauce)

Quiche with bacon, onion, spinach & feta

    Fried rice

Dh & Mum always request them, so I suppose they're my signature dishes.
