I'm really bloated and sore today.
BT was normal so, heading for my ultrasound on Friday.

I only have 4 days worth of stims left in the fridge so, I'm assuming collection will happen around Monday. @bel2466 ; is that right?
I might be wrong. It's my first cycle.

    Hoping everyone is doing ok?

Hey Jen, they determine when to get you to trigger and do egg collection by combining the results of blood tests and your ultrasound (mainly going off the size of the follies). I am a slow responder and went back twice to pick up more stim meds. They are looking for folly size around 18-20mm. You'll have a good indication on Friday when that will be xx

FS's usually do monitoring. I'm seeing a gyno and all my clomid cycles have been unmonitored

@bel2466 ; Thanks for the info! I have no idea right now. I'm bloated and achey but that could mean bugger all.
@Shrillian ; naah. Not nervous. More impatient? I just want to know if I can have aglass of wine soon or not.

@Blueberry Swirl - I've only been doing OI through an FS. I think one bub hubber I know has done a bloods monitoring cycle through her GP, though. Not sure about scans, though. You could always ask? I just think it would definitely confirm whether you're ovulating or not, as you'd be checking levels and follies.

@jenjenOo - I hear that! I'm going out with the gals tonight and definitely going to have some wine! Last night of Letrozole be damned!!!

Both appointments only involved talking. I think the higher price of the initial appointment is to deter tyre kickers and to allow time for the doctor to get up to speed with patient details. I've been quite happy with our FS so far. We haven't started any treatment yet, just trying to come to terms with the options (we're unexplained infertility, so it's hard to decide to start IVF).

Thanks Funchu, I have heard good things about genea too. It's good to know that the consecutive appointments are cheaper. I am now hoping that I'll get a BFP before my appointment, haha in my dreams!
Unexplained infertility sucks , I really understand your frustration! I hope it's nothing wrong with me and DP of course but at the same time I want them to find something that can be fixed!!

thanks. I'm so stupid, shouldn't have got my hopes up. I feel awful putting a dampener on the thread, but I know you girls understand. Only reason I got my hopes up is bc my body is completely clockwork every single month.

Ahhh well, onto May and my 8th cycle of clomid. **** that's depressing reading that lol
