    Potato puff pie

Aka Shepard pie with potato gems instead of mash.

Worked like a treat. The Kids were off Shepard pie and refusing to eat it. Funny enough they just asked for seconds.

Beef rogan josh using my mums recipe with all the sides, cucumber and yogurt, banana lemon and coconut and tomato red onion and mint and of course basmati rice.

I'm so excited. It's one of my favourites but DH doesn't like curry as he's scared of hot foods so I haven't made it since I met him! Years without it and I've decided tonight he can try it at least! I'll even dilute his further with coconut milk, not that it'll be spicy!!
