Slow-cooked Italian lamb casserole (includes carrots, celery, onion, tomatoes, parsnips and herbs). Nice for a coolish night.

Roast beef, whole roasted chat potatoes, green beans, peas, corn and side of Alfredo pasta. Sounds like a heap but I'll try to only have a tiny portion as I'm trying to lose 5 kg! Eeep..

This is the tandoori chicken (don't know why I said tikka) waiting to go in... Peri peri is cooking.
I'll let know know if they are any good!
They are leb bread base, tomato paste with some herbs (basil and oregano).
The peri peri chicken and tandoori chicken is left over from a BBQ last night. The tandoori marinade is made at this French cafe in Alexandria and the peri peri rub was from the spice guy at paddy's market.
Periperi one has rocket and semi sundries tomatoes and the tandoori just has only onion.
And light cheese on both. All stuff I scraped together out of the fridge before shop day.
    Hopefully they taste ok!!
