I burnt over 600 cals in the gym today which is a great achievement seeing as 20 mins in I decided I didn't really want to be there. Mind over matter - I didn't think about it, I just kept moving!
Food is what is letting me down. I LOVE food and I'm terrible at counting cals. I'm currently on a training course at the moment so food isn't really in my control. BUT I didn't even touch the pastries that were laid out for morning tea. I had a look but not a single morsel went in to my mouth! Tomorrow I will be better prepared and bring some fruit.
Breakfast today was 1/4 oats with 1/2 cup almond milk & tablespoon with honey.
Morning tea - nothing
Lunch - Greek was on the menu today. I skipped the fried stuff and stuck to salad, grilled fish & grilled chicken
Afternoon tea - banana
Dinner - chicken & tabouli wraps
