    @MrsKLM great stats hun, what type of workout did you do?


    AFM: legs are sore from leg extensions, squats and walking from yesterday. Didn't walk today as the weather has been raining quite heavy. I should of done it this morning. Oh well, can only learn.

    Hey Babygirl that was 3kms on the cross trainer and then an upper body workout (seated row, dumb bell bent over row, dumb bell chest press, tricep dips & shoulders) followed by kettlebell swings and 2kms on the treadie.

    Today I had a really bad day at work and I didn't feel like working out. But I ate dinner and did a little more work then went to the gym. I'm so glad I did!

    Weigh in day this morning. Haven't lost or gained but I'm not upset. Every time I lose I worry it's just water weight so the consistency in weight is a good sign. I'm in the healthy weight range so just have 2 remind myself those last few kg r going 2 b the hardest and slowest.

    I gained half a kg too. Was sick for two weeks so not walking, and easter and birthday and first cycle of IUI (comfort food)... Bloody excuses. Motivation is really hard to find isnt it?!
