    Plan for the week: keep to the 12wbc

    Would like to be at 80kgs (ideally below)

    Looking to start TTC in about 3 months

    Still on the pill but got 2months supply will not renew script unless plans change.

    Not charting but will maybe try after off pill.

    Will be getting a multi-vitamin e.g. elevit or blackmoores - must do this this month.

    Feeling good, finally back into exercising. I did 45min/3.5km on the treadmill today. Even though it was raining. I still did my walking outside 😊

    Getting implanon out 2morrow. Not going 2 not try and conceive but expect it will take awhile 4 everything 2 settle down in2 some sort of rythym, so a couple of kg per month over the next few months would b great. Aiming 4 58kg. If I happened to fall pregnant b4 I got there don't shoot me but I'd probably try not 2 gain 4 awhile so overall I'm still losing.

    This weeks goal is 2 stay under 50gm of carbs per day, try 4 a couple of under 25gm days, get my 10k steps per day on fitbit, which usually includes some time on the cross trainer each day, and try and eat veg with at least 2 of my meals each day.
