Yeah I can't take that ; ( I can't break it down and use it so it builds up in my body and make a me sick.

    Oh that sucks

I'm just taking pure Folate and that's it.. I try to cover everything in my diet instead because I don't really trust vitamins, I think they're a bit pointless, but Folate I definitely wouldn't risk.

Plain old folate tablets and metformin Hate having to pop pills though. Sometimes I forgot if I've taken it, so end up having double dose.

Is it giving you the runs? I ask as that happens to most people. Ask for the slow release version if that's happening.

I had vitamin shots of C, B12, B6 and D last month that last for six months. I'm also taking and Iron,C & Folate combo...goodness knows if they're working but they're not doing any harm. I'm 4DPO and not feeling hopeful for this month. No particular reason, I'm just not feeling lucky lol. Hope I'm wrong! We've been TTC for almost 3 years but have been doing AI using donor sperm for these past three cycles...just want a BFP already 😄

I'm feeling so under the weather today. Very dizzy, tired, head heavy and nauseous and had the runs. Also feeling some cramping and a "full" feeling in my abdomen. Don't know if it's a bug (most likely) unless I ovulated at CD7 or CD 13 (only a few days ago) but I have my period every 6 weeks so doubt it.
    I'm CD16 now.
