    I did. Didn't work for me, but has for a few people I know. Gave me the runs a lot! Supposedly the Z or R (or whatever the slow release one is) is better for that part.

    yeah I have the slow release. I don't have pcos or anything like that a Dr I saw gave it to me and I was like what the hell I will give it a shot. I've notice I need to go to the bathroom a bit more but other than that I don't feel much. you just take it everyday don't you? It's not like clomid and needs to be taken on certain days?

    Yeah, everyday to help out your cycle. I don't have PCOS, but have the symptoms of it, so FS thought it could help me (seems to be the standard first step of fertility assistance). Usually told to try it for 2-3 months.

    I am on metformin(diaformin) three times a day. I have had lots of problems staying pregnant since I had my last one. Doc made me do a bunch if different tests and found I have glucose intolerance, which is actually what the drug was originally used for.

    I'm stopping with the OPKs for this month. It's stressing me out.
    So just going to have BDing and see how it goes the next couple months before I start with OPKs.

    What's everyone taking this month?
    I'm taking my metformin, vit c, vit d, my vit b12 and b6 and my methyfolate (I have mthfr I can only take active forms of vitamins from the USA) COQ10, Propolis and fish oil and low dose aspirin.
