I hid all my opks. and that away. dp hates them and says I don't need them so I'm going to keep them on the down low lol. I told him if we dtd every second day I won't have to use them...I love using them though. let's hope him not seeing them around makes him do his part better.

my dh is the same. when we were ttc dd, it took us 2 1/2 years before finally falling pregnant (6 months of that in and out of gynaecological type surgeries). Towards the end of it, bd was definitely a chore and not really enjoyed by either of us. I'm hoping it doesn't get to that this time, and we're trying to take a more relaxed approach, although I'm still addicted to p'ing oas (sorry can't quite get with the people who write poasing as it translates to 'pee on a sticking' and doesn't make sense lol)

Ha ha! In my head I just pretend the "p" stands for both "pee" or "peeing" depending on the context.

I think our problem was he lost his job 11 months ago and that's when the sex died down a lot but now he most likely has a new job fly in fly out 2 on 2 off so im hoping that boosts the sex life lol but I'm really hoping he is not working during my fertile Window

I'm avoiding adding my name to the list until AF arrives...

*in denial, telling myself it will be easy this time around...*

    Hi guys,

Just a bit of background on me as I don't know how to work the ticker thingy at the bottom.

I'm 26, DH 42. We have two DDs, 4.5 and 3.5 years old. Only 13 months between them which was quite a shock. Even more of a shock was that I didn't know I was pregnant until 23 weeks with DD2. Long story, but an IUD was involved and it was all a bit unexpected which I really struggled with at the time. Love it now, the girls play beautifully together most of the time!

Now ready to TTC number 3 and hoping for a boy. Is anyone trying their hand at gender swaying? I'm not too fussed but DH would like a boy as he's constantly surrounded by endlessly chatty girls!

I'm also currently in my 2nd year of a double nursing and midwifery degree. Started way back in 2010 but had to postpone due to unexpected pregnancy with DD2. Still have a way to go but slow and steady wins the race and more excited about having another bubba and actually knowing about it from the start this time around! Am worried how I would manage at uni and was going to try and plan pregnancy around uni breaks but decided just to go for it and see what happens

Hope everyone is having a good night!
