Default Today is the day 1-4-14

Morning Hubbers, Today I go in for the birth of my third baby, I'm so excited! It's my third baby but first C-section after 2 difficult natural births I feel good about having a C-section. It's 4am, I'm allowed to eat til 7am, then head in at 11am and then have baby at 1pm. It's all so planned and organized, quite different to a natural labour! So I'll let you all know how it goes! Hubby is super nervous and isn't good at 'operations' etc - he doesn't watch anything on TV etc and so I'm going to ask that I have my catheter, spinal and all that before he enters the OR. He can sit by my head and just see baby when he or she arrives! Yay! Not long now

Warn hubby not to look over the curtain. Hope all goes well and that you're having lovely squishy cuddles soon.

Lacey was born at 2:10pm today. She was only 6p 15 so
is so tiny compared with Zac at 9p 6. I'm feeling good after the section although the whole experience was so different to natural vaginal delivery. My wound is small and neat and I'm a little achy but it's not as bad as the awful stitches I had to have after both boys were born. I'm so excited to have a beautiful healthy baby. Thanks for all your support :-)
