@Booboo78 the 12th of may is cd 23 for me. I don't know how they work it out but she talked about putting me in a group all starting at the same time. I think they coordinate so they have a group ready for epu on the same day but it is usually around 1 week after ovulation I think. I have a 28-31 day cycle and ovulated day 12 last month so who knows!

If you're lucky enough to get a few frosties, will you then keep doing FET? Or it will be your last cycle regardless?

If you usually ride and your body is used to it then it will be ok. I'm a runner and kept going until I was 5 months pregnant. It's just a matter of not overheating and keeping a moderate heart rate

Hi ladies, I think it's time for me to join in... After our second failed stim cycle I took a little break and changed clinics but today is day 1, I start synarel on day 20, and start our 3rd stim cycle towards the end of May. Good luck to those of you who are already cycling!

Ive had my review appointment, and am having my first endometrial scratch on the 29th (cd19) and will be heading into my next cycle, im excited to get going again, hoping to get more frosties, and that i get a few more mature eggs this time, im eager to see if the Coq10 over the last few months has made a difference in quality too. ... any ladies have tips for the endo scratch?
    Good luck with everyone
