So last night was my first puregon injection, my DF got home around 11pm and it took till 1.30pm for me to let him do it. It was very scary I cried, got angry etc, but he was very patient, in the end I covered my eyes blocked my ears and counted to 30. Apparently by the time I got to 7 it was finished but he let me keep counting. I didn't feel a thing it didn't hurt at all ( don't know why I blocked my ears but it helped lol)

    Hi Ladies,

I thought i would join this thread as well. I am on day 7 of puregon injections and will start Orgalutran tonight. Was on 100 of Puregon but results from yesterday were not as high as they wanted so i have been upped to 150. My partner has Azoospermia and this may be our one and only shot at trying to conceive. My partner is due for surgery on May 2nd and if they find sperm, i will have my eggs collected same day.

I wish all you ladies luck and i hope we have lots of positive results for may! Xo

And we're off & running had the first jab of this cycle tonight. It may sound strange but I was looking forward to it! My reasoning is from today all going well it's 11 days til EPU. After 5 negative cycles you just have to put a positive spin on things.
Hope everyone is recovered from their chocolate overdose.

Hello to the new people who have joined in! Good job Wishing for having the injection!! It's not too bad hey it's interesting how everyone seems to be taking something different - why is that? Similar but different names?
I didn't get a chance to call the FN about having an earlier ultrasound and now it's a public holiday tomorrow so Monday it will have to be! I'm not feeling as bloated anymore however my boobs have blown out! Ouch!
    Thinking of you all

    Hi everyone

I seem to be running into numerous threads now with my cycles crossing over months.

I start jabbing tomorrow so think I'll stick to this thread as EPU etc will be
    may.

This is is my last ivf attempt for bub no 2 so feeling quite emotional as I can see the end of the road now. Here's hoping this cycle brings that one lucky embryo that sticks

Yep sure, it was a combo of things. One was just his general 'nature' I guess? A bit too casual about it all. Not that I want someone pushy - but someone 'determined'. Whereas after BFN's my FS just kept plodding along with the same ol, didn't want to try anything new/different. Plus he was really slack with monitoring me for OHSS & I ended up in hosp - and even then he was still so blasé about it all. Whereas this new FS I have only heard great things about, so can't wait to try something new
How do you find your FS hun? xx
