Just a quick update: boobs improved within 3 dosages of the Daktarin oral gel... They are now pretty good, just a tiny bit of residual feeling in the right boob. Off to the doctor today..

Keep using it for a week - recurrent thrush is really difficult to get rid of.

    So glad it's feeling better.

I forgot to ask my doctor: is it ok to have a bath (by self & with kids) when you have nipple thrush?

Another one for you ladies: I've read you should use a different towell each time you bathe. Do you have to wash them separately or can you chuck them in with other stuff (clothes etc) ?

Id do them separately unless you are going to run everything through the drier or in blasting sun.

Not sure if it's been mentioned but have you looked at the candida diet?

Or you can chuck some Canesten Wash in with a mixed load and then line dry in the sun.

What's the candida diet? Is that eating less yeast product? (Bread etc)
