Google 'lactation cookies' - they're amazing at increasing your supply!

Lactation cookies, fenugreek or blessed thistle, motilium, brewers yeast, lots of pumping and lots of water.

I will be doing to the same once my new pump arrives. I want to keep bf ds when he starts daycare next month so need to get stock piling hopefully.

    Good luck!!

At the moment I can pump roughly 100-300 mls in one sitting... Depending on the time of day. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
100-300ml in one setting is quite a decent amount. I'd probably pump twice a day to start, you want to be careful about creating an oversupply too. You might find that simply pumping will increase your supply.

A glass of beer at night is good for supply.
