Default Boosting supply for building milk stash.

    Hi everyone,

I need to pump enough milk to last DD 10 days. I am aiming to have about 10L + (yikes). But my supply is well and truly regulated now after 10.5 months exclusively breast feeding so I need some tips to boost it for the excess pumping.

At the moment I can pump roughly 100-300 mls in one sitting... Depending on the time of day. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

As far as I know, breast milk is supply & demand, so the more you pump, the more milk you'll produce. So just get pumping!

You can get a script for motilium and that will help get the milk flowing but you really do have to make sure you're expressing it. How long do you have?

I found pre-pumping massage really good as well as relaxing & picturing/imagining/watching video of DS really young. Although, 300mls is an awesome output.

I have 2 months. Do you think they will prescribe it even though I don't really have supply issues?

    Thanks for your help ladies.

Are those the herbs of gold ones? I used them in the past but didn't feel much of a difference.
