Hi all, I'm 163cms and currently weigh 63kgs with 29% body fat. I train 3-4 times per week, a mixture of weights and cardio.
Admittedly, I've put on 8kgs since our wedding las October! I'm desperate to lose a few kgs before I'm UTD. I want to keep active during pregnancy as well.
