    Everything depends on your lawyer the judge and the other party's lawyer. While I was in court a father was granted the standard visitation of every second weekend half of holidays etc and his 8 year old daughter had said he had been molesting her they had councillor reports stating that the child had confided in her about it but because there was no intercourse just touching and making her do things to him the judge still ruled it was in the child's best interest to see her father and spend unsupervised visits with him 2 nights a fortnight plus half of school holidays

    It varies on so many things

    Even if he did get supervised access for 6 months, he only needs to show he ticks all the boxes for those 6 months and then he has free reign again. What sort of system allows children to be sent into the lion's den? Disgraceful.
