Yes i ripped open the entire box! No there is none. I just called the nearby hospital and they said cant help because not emergency. I called the clinic who did monitoring for me locally. Luckily they will provide so I pulled DH out of a meeting! They close at 5pm sharp. Glad i check before tonight. Having a panic attack, not good. I should have asked this when I was in syd. They should have provided these......

Bbhope..... yes, normally the clinic provides the needles and syringes. Glad you've got it sorted, but as I've mentioned before, I did turn up once at the local emergency department and with the right amount of jumping up and down saying it "IS" an emergency, and has to be done then, they it was no problem. But thanks for the tip, as for my next FET IVFA is making me buy the Pregnyl instead of supplying it, like they did with my stim cycles. Yet another case of them saving money....

No kidding Bertie! I thought it is part of the cycling cost! I didnt fuss because it is only ~ $40 and i didnt have to carry them through airport security. Oh...also just found out that there is no ampule cap in the box either. And suppose to be 2 needles for each injection? DH said the clinic only gave him 3 needles. One for each dose....grr...

Oh no, yes, you need two needles for each dose - a drawing up one to mix the fluid into the powder, and draw it back up, and then, while the liquid is in the syringe, carefully change to a fine needle to inject it (so yes, 3 drawing/mixing needles and 3 fine needles). Looks like you're going to get that trip to emergency now!! What a pain - the things we do.

@ScubaGal I had my 3rd consecutive pregnancy loss last month when my fs did all the testing... They said one is common, 2 is not as common but still is but 3 they start taking it serious!!!! I was identified to have high nk cells so starting on bondi protocol to see if that works first through Ivfa. How are you feeling??? It's been a month for me and I have now started next cycle and 3 days in the still feel crap!!! I have 25 pregnant people around me so just can't get away from it!!!

Thanks goodness that I saw a FS locally to do the endo scratch and did the monitoring with them. It costs more but worth it. Everything done outside of IVFA is out of pocket. DH didnt look carefully as he was rushing back to work afterward. Phew...2 needles. You think the clinic should have known better when giving me the script. I actually don't know what I am paying IVFA for the monitoring part this cycle....I have to micro-manage it and the paper work and prescription just went missing in the mail. It happens three times with this particular nurse so i wonder if she puts the wrong address. Luckily i didnt need the trigger shot this time as i wont have been able to get the script in time to do it (and missing syringe and needles ).

The pregnyl you have to mix and your clinic should give you what you need to do the injection

Scubagal I just saw your posts on another thread but now can't find it to reply! So sorry for your loss and how you're feeling, been there several times myself, it's ok to feel devastated and sad, take care of yourself mostly. Do get tested for immune issues, don't wait, just in case... Go to dr Matthias if you can. Cover your bases so you know you're doing everything you can. This road for us with issues is hard, be kind to yourself and know that it can and will happen... We just have to go through so much more, not fair but we have each other for support. Take care xxx
