I haven't notices anyone on this forum with Dr M on any less than 1.5mg and nearly always 2mg after transfer... keep taking CoQ10 - I dosed up on 900mg a day, yes you read that right, for all my cycles and I did very well with fertilisation and pregnancy with one or two eggs (before I hit 40) so I totally believe in the stuff.. also green tea can help fix up dodgy DNA if you drink it for long enough, believe in that too! Anyway, all the best with everything, sounds like Dr Nick is great

Sorry for not getting back sooner to answer above
I went back to check my results of uterine biopsy and the following was stated
    microscopic description
immunoperoxidase staining for CD56, a marker of natural killer cells, show large numbers of stromal cells with positive staining at a rate of more than thirty cells per high power field

I'm not sure how to interpret them, but my specialist did tell me over the phone that they were quite high!!
dr Alan beers book arrived today in the mail, so hopefully there might be an explanation...

Seen in recent post your great news!!! big congratulations on your BFP
i go in for egg pick up on Monday, so far 4 leading follicles fingers crossed

@Babychino Im sorry to hear that, I started spotting at 9dp frozen transfer this cycle. Blood test was negative at 10dp, stopped pessaries and now on CD1 (possibly 2, I never know when to officially count) snd waiting for Dr M blood results and hopefully some answers in 4 days time. Will you do another transfer before July 10?

My advice Ladydee is in the first instance make a phone appointment with Dr G Matthias. He will see what you've already been tested for and analyse your symptoms. I have had one very easy pregnancy (4 years ago) and a vast number of subsequent miscarriages. It is possible to develop this sort of NK disorder after a successful pregnancy. I have blood being analysed in Chicago and have just had the biopsy to see if the little buggers are in my lining too. Looking forward to getting the results in a couple of weeks. I to saw loads of FSs - so called- but no one ever mentioned auto immune issues! Not happy about that! Had to deduce that myself! Good luck!!

Thank you @timetoshine. I hope mine doesn't take too long. I'm holding off on the next ivf cycle. Have you had many ivf cycles prior to this treatment? I've had 4 and only got pregnant once and the test were chemical pregnancies.
@Fiona2. I'm waiting to see dr.m to see what he has to say and do all tests. I'm also changing my fs doctor as well. It's getting too expensive!!!

@Babychino who are you with and where will you go next? Do you have frozen embryos to transfer too?

Babychino, we didn't do ivf, just ttc naturally. Our problem was recurrent (4) mc rather than no implantation. We did see an fs for testing and she tried to convince us to do ivf with pgd embryos but dr m said it was not necessary in our case so we chose to save our $ for the immune treatments instead

@Fiona2 I'm in Melbourne and going too see Dr. Nick and start all new. I don't have any frozen left do a full stimm again but I want to be treated by Dr. m at the same time so I can have more embryos etc before the next cycle. And yourself?

Hi ladies, thanks so much for your well wishes and messages of congratulations! had a bit of spotting this morning so was like, oh no!!! Called G and Dr M says to take an extra 400mg pessary daily, so up to 1200mg per day now... it did't last long and was brown, pinky... erg!!! Am getting bloods done tomorrow and hoping all is ok, who the hell knows.. just have to sit tight and not panic I totally trust Dr M... I have lots of fibroids so Lord knows what they could be doing. Anyway, hope you're all having a good day! This thread makes me feel so much more calm than when I went through misses on my own, you guys are great, everyone is so supportive
