    Default Head pains and aches

Ive been having head aches and pains for over 2 weeks. Almost every day. They come out of the blue and panadol seems to do nothing. I have no idea why im experiencing them.
DP thinks its because of stress as I have been stressed out a lot which does make sense. I freaked out the other day as I had my hands over my eyes when I had a headache and.when I opened them I had blurred vision for about a minute. I guess I just want more opinions on this and if anyone else has experienced this before.
    Were you stressed?

See your doctor asap to rule out anything serious.
I have suffered frequent headaches and ocular migraines (they affect my vision) for years and stress can definitely bring them on.
What does the headache feel like? Is it located in one spot?
    Have you heard of neuralgia?
Also, the best thing to take for a migraine (as advised by my doctor) is aspirin; it works differently to paracetamol. caffeine, believe it or not, can also be affective, something to do with the opening of blood vessels in the brain.

As mentioned above, definitely get it checked out in case it's something serious (not meaning to freak you out or anything). It's always best to be safe, plus if you're stressed, it might be best to speak to your gp about ways to manage your stress levels.
