Default 20 weeks. Can I cancel OB?

I'm 20 weeks, I booked in with an OB early on and have seen him for 2 visits now. I have another booked for in a week.
We have had a change of circumstances in the last few weeks and DH is looking for a new job. He is still employed, but its very likely that we would need to move due to the specialised nature of his work. We want this all sorted and settled before the baby arrives but I really don't know if that's going to happen.
I have been pre paying the planning and management fee and have $900 left to pay at my next visit next week.
What are the chances of me being able to have what I've paid refunded and being able to cancel? Has anyone done this before?
Where does this leave me as far as booking in to the hospital? Will I be able to book in this late?

Ok so it's not uncommon to cancel even at this stage? That helps, I feel really bad about it, particularly because I love the OB and if there wasn't the chance we were moving and I'd lose the whole thing I'd totally stay on with him!
