Most health organisations recommend starting to introduce solids around 6 months. is there a reason why you want to start earlier?

*IF* you feel your bub is ready, and I've read that 'ready' means that your bub can sit up unassisted, doesn't push food out with their tongues anymore, and is showing an interest in food.

We started slowly with BLW when bub was about 5.5 months.
