Default Sons of Anarchy S7 ❤️

The homeless lady is Brooke's Mum. She died in John Teller's accident. Mostly Jax & Gemma saw her but some others did too. She was a bit random. Don't know if she was waiting for them to die so she could finally rest or?

The whole bread and wine seems religious to me. So kind of like a last supper? I'm not really sure but I guess we might find out when they start to talk about it more now it's over.

I was thinking the bread and wine were definitely indicative of the last supper- "take this bread, for it is my body. Take this wine for it is my blood" and then of course the wine runs to the bread at the end, instead of blood.

Therefore the comparison is that Jax was like Jesus Christ, and yes, he sacrificed himself for his sons and his Sons.

The homeless woman I was thinking last night was just like a disciple of JC, but now I'm not so sure. I just did some research and a lot of people are saying it's Sutter's homage to Hamlet, which is rife with ghosts. Therefore she is Brooke's mother... (The Hamlet thing is because SOA has similar plot themes)

    A theory:

She she was definitely symbolic of Jesus and redemption and forgiveness. Did you guys not see the wine and bread! Wine and bread symbolizes the blood and body of christ. Definitely not symbolic for the reaper!! We take communion to redeem ourselves. The final episode was about Jax making things right with his club and his boys. He has fulfilled his fathers prophecy! Therefore, the symbolic meaning is that Jax was finally able to redeem himself.

And another to continue the theory:

The homeless woman is a guiding"spirit" which is watching over the family. She is seen/acknowledged by only a few characters in the story, all of which are key contributors to Jax's main arc of the redemption of the MC.Somone above noted that Jax is playing the role of Jesus. I not only agree with this but will take the concept further. JT was the 'creator' of the MC, a closed brotherhood, an encapsulated world. This world is intended to be loving and harmonious but is ultimately corrupted by the actions of those who live within it's boudries. Jax, the son of the 'creator', is delivered to cleanse this world of it's sins and put it on it's intended path. He accomplished this task (by the end of the series all of SAMCRO's businesses are legit and have opened the MC to a non-white member ) but in doing so he overburdons his soul with sin. In his last act to clear the MC of sin he himself is sacraficed.
In this interpritation I see the homeless woman, the "spirit", as the third component of the Holy Trinity, the Holy Spirit. Regardless if she is an actual 'ghost' or is corporeal homeless woman she is a symbol of strength/resolve (providing Jax with the blanket to complete his final task) and hope for the future (telling Gema that "Abel will take care of your boys").

Apparently Kurt want the fans to decide their own meaning of the homeless lady so we may never know.

I thought it was a brilliant ending! I love that everything was finished up, we aren't left wondering what's going to happen to anyone, and I HATE it when shows end and you just have SO MANY questions. I have no questions about this one. It was great.
