Hi Ladies, I know it's been awhile since I have read along or posted but I wanted to wish January, Emski and Feather well as they near the 'safety mark' of 12 weeks. I wish I was there with you and hope sometime in the future we may be able to afford another trip to SA to achieve the goal x

Blinky, I hope you can get back to SA too. Do you have frosties? I've been looking into what's involved in coming back in case I need to. I'll be coming by myself next time. I'd rather DH came too, but can't justify the cost really.

Thanks Blinky, I wish you were here too! I'm so glad you are looking at going back to SA.
You'll get there love, you have a bit more time up your sleeve than me age wise. I've been thinking about you but realise it takes some time to bounce back after disappointment, but glad to see you pop in here. I saw in another thread you said you were aiming to go back and was really happy to see that news
    Em xx

MrsErin ... No frosties for us so a whole new cycle to budget for
It will also mean a whole new donor selection as Dr LR was in the end not happy with the quality of blasts from our previous donor....

Blinky76, hope the wait isn't too long for you both and you'll soon have your little miracle.

    Great news KLM, very exciting!

Have had a bit of a scare ladies, last night I had brown discharge when I wiped and I tried not to let it worry me too much as I know it can be 'normal' but I woke this morning and was still there. This was how my miscarriage started with no cramping so was a little worried. Thankfully my Dr squeezed me in first thing and though too early too see much (only 5 weeks 1 day), there were TWO gestational sacs nicely in my uterus and my cervix was fully closed!! Now just all For two little heartbeats next Friday.

Blinky all the best in getting back for another try. I admire you for continuing what is, after all, a difficult journey.

KLM congratulations! It is really exciting to see you at the starting gate and raring to go.

Ms Erin - thinking of you.

Sunflower congratulations! I'm delighted for you.

I just wanted to give a bit of a shout-out to Jess who will likely pop into this thread. She was on EDA looking into egg donation overseas and of course I couldn't point her in this direction fast enough as I know how supportive and caring you all are. It really does make a difference having some local support and info and people who've been there before. WELCOME JESS!
