Biba, you need to ask your doctor, but what they usually say its better to take extra portion then less

GReat news you are on your way Babi. I would definitely drop your dr a note I'm in the clinic at the moment so they are open now, cannot remember where you live. I've tried to keep within a 4hr time frame even with time differences but have missed this a little as it's easy to forget with all the time zones. I'm sure all will be ok.
    Safe travels tomorrow.

    Hope everyone is doing ok.

Biba...... First thing, don't panic!! Stress doesn't help us out...
Now that you have remembered just keep going as planned - drop the dr an email and he will get back to you with any advices.
We have all had little mishaps on the way in some form or another...

As a little reminder I bought myself a pocket diary that I used solely for drug taking reminders.
All my usual calendar stuff is on my iPad/iPhone but I wanted something that was a little more basic that was ONLY used for the cycle. I write down for the next month... What I have to take (and when)

Ie each day looks like this for me
    AM
    Progesterone x2
    Blackmores preg vitamins x 2
    Fish oil x2
    Clexane x1

    PM
    progesterone x2
    Gestone x1

Sorry to spell it out... But I know it can get confusing!!
I merely crossed each one out as I took the dose so I didn't have to remember..
I just had to remember to look at the diary!!!!

As we are half way through the year, you can find them very cheaply at certain newsagents.

    Hope this helps

Sorry... As sunflower mentioned, the diary also works well as it doesn't automatically reset itself to local time..

I also brought an old phone (useful for local sim too), that I kept on local Sydney time..
This meant I could set a recurring alarm for my local time (helpful for when we get back home ie, drugs taken at the same time every day) I just carried my tablets etc in my bag so I could take them on the go.
If we were out and about the pocket diary just fitted in my bag and I could still cross off what I'd taken to keep track of where I was up to.

    Oh and AFM...

I received my treatment plan. I am actually kind of in shock! A little paralyzed by fear, happiness, hope. I can't believe in a short time I will be traveling half way around the world and there is a real possibility that this decade long dream... Well, you all know. Haven't checked out flights or hotels yet, just trying to let it settle in...

Hope all goes to plan for you Biba Jani. You have had a frustrating wait in getting over there! Fingers crossed for you.

Hi to everyone else. Hope all are well.

I am still waiting to hear if my donor has been screened. Have received confirmation of payment but just waiting to hear from Cyndi about the donor. But It might be too soon yet. Lucky I am a patient person!

Good luck for the screening KLM, and you're very fortunate to be a patient person!!!

I struggled with that but we are on track now fortunately :-). Three more sleeps and we're flying out.

    Congrats to you too BabyDreamer.
