    Hi There ladies..

Well we have good news.. Both of the embies that Dr LR defrosted made it past the microwave stage
so we now are officially in the 2WW -

Cloggy/Girl from Sydney.. You are here too?
Bugger.. We could have all caught up.
What time were you both in today for your transfers?
I was there are 1.30, sunflower11 was there at 2.30!!!

GirlfromSydney - they are very good results! Fantastic quality embryos for you my love!

So - here we go again!
Im flat on my back working on the laptop to keep things ticking over back home, Being waited on hand and foot.. Nice!

I also have a weir experience to share (and wondered if anyone has had this happen to them)..
This morning DH did my Gestone injection for me.. It was really sore when he was pushing the needle in.. then, as he started to push the plunger on the needle.. I could taste it in my mouth!!!!
I also felt really faint and had to lie down.
ive had this happen 2, maybe 3 times on the last cycle. I don't have asthma, but can only explain the feeling in my chest as what asthma sufferers have.. Bit tight, dry and breathless??
I spoke to DrLR and Elaine about it this morning and he said that im maybe having an allergic reaction to the gemstone. We thought DH had hit a vein, but there was no blood present on drawback!
Bled like hell after he pulled out the needle though.

Anyone EVER come across this before???
    Elaine thinks Im an alien.....

QUOTE=GirlFromSydney;7782188]Cloggy, it looks like we had transfer on the same day. I am now officially on 2ww

Helen, how did you go today, keeping my fingers crossed for you too.

we also got few embies on ice, the lab sent us report today with explanation, but i am still confused. Who knows that that means B3-4AA, B2-3AA
i am calmer thinking that we have a back up plan as with our previous cycles we were getting only 1 embryo to transfer on day 5 with nothing to freeze( had only 1 on ice couple of times, but did not work). This time we transferred 2 blasties and still have few on ice wooowhooo![/QUOTE]

With regard to the codes - you need to look at the 2nd set of bullet points.
(ie 1 to 6). ie 3AA means the following
    3. Full blastocyst, cavity completely filling the embryo
    A.Many cells, tightly packed
    A. Many cells, forming cohesive layer

I think the B (means Blastocyst) and 3/4 means the number??
ie B3, 3 blastos all with above qualities

    Hope that helps!

Helonwheels, i have not had that problem with the gestone. My bum hurts a little bit (which reminds me i got the muscle ok) but i did my first one in my thigh (which is acceptable), not recommended - it hurt for three days.

GFS, CLOGGY and HELONWEELS, get comfy little embabies and safe travels - May the 2WW speed by for you all with good news at the end.
Also spas, saunas and anything that raises your core temps to high are best avoided in the 2ww plus lifting anything too heavy was recommended to me by one of my FS's.

MrsErin, you'll be here before you know it and hope this fab weather stays around for you, has been sunny and blue skies so far.

AFM, lining check went well as it has increased to 8.2 so feeling a little more relaxed now. Our donor had 10 good follies today so collection will be Wednesday.
