Hi January...what does running and cycling do to the spermies? I am trying to get mine as good as can possibly be too...sperm take about 80 to 95 days to mature apparently, we are about 90 days out from fertilisation day (to be confirmed still)..so ive pretty much stopped drinking and been generally trying to eat better. Was having 1 brazil nut a day for my selenium intake but the other day I bought some mens liquid multivitamin which has a lot of the goodies recommended. Also trying to have shorter/cooler showers so my mates downstairs dont get too hot/stressed!

Even if it increases the odds by the smallest margin its worth it imo...if not at least i feel like im helping!

    Congrats Rainbow

    Hi Tittle

DH is a an extreme athlete, he does ironman and just about every adventure race possible. He trains for hours every day which stresses the body. Cycling is particularly bad as everything is compressed in lycra on the bike seat therefore overheating which is very bad for sperm. He chose to give up running as well and did water based exercise like swimming, kayaking and pool running. It was tough for him as he is addicted to exercise but I am convinced it has paid off. It's all about keeping everything nice and cool downstairs. I think he used to think that Menevit and ICSI cured everything.

All the best with your cycle planning

    Hi to all

Well I managed to get 20 Gestone Injections (PIO) from a very special, lovely lady, so just need another 27 to get to 12 weeks.
If anyone out there has any left over they no longer require, I would be happy to purchase them from you. Any at all would be great.

Also on that note, I have 2 boxes of Crinone pessaries that I will not be using, if anyone has any use at all for them for your cycles, please let me know, you are more than welcome to them.

All the very best to everyone on the journey.

    for you all
