Hope - welcome and I wish you all the best.

AFM - I'm going in for a lining scan tomorrow before we fly out on Monday. I'm so scared that my body is going to fail me with this too.

Woohoo! Congratulations Esperanza, so close now. Don't stress too much I'm sure the estrogen is doing its thing.

fingers crossed for January and Esperanza...!!

Ladies - has anyone had a donor who smokes...? I found a good donor but she smokes...she said she would cut back and would take CoQ10, fish oil and other supplements... My FS is against a donor who smokes but the donor has donated before resulting in a pregnancy plus she has two kids of her own...

Hope - Wishing you both the very best success. Congratulations on being PUPO. Xx

Jan - YAAAAAYYYY Hun, congratulations May those betas continue to climb at a rapid rate. Xx

Esperanza - Wow, that time came around fast. Your feelings are perfectly normal. Prior to leaving I fluctuated between hope and excitement and fear and anxiety. Xx

Myheart - I have a suspicion that our donors smoking status impacted on our overall numbers. That said, we were blessed with our little man. Our donor didn't cease smoking prior to EPU. Some specialists believe the donors eggs are oxidised by smoking. I recall someone posting that donors needed to cease three months prior to donation. Again, this view may also be disputed that many people who smoke fall pregnant. It was something that worried me too, but I just felt a connection with my donor's profile and couldn't settle on anyone else. Hope you can make a decision. Xx

Just popped on to say a huge congrats to January! Woohooo! So happy for you and I'll watch closely to see how you get on. I know it's ridiculous advice but try not to worry too much about the beta numbers. xx

    Hope, good luck!!
