I stumbled across it when bub was about week 5. Wish I'd have known about it from her birth. Was great find. I would have been stumbling through the last 7 weeks without it. It all just came together, really clicked when I read about it. And so obvious once uou learn it.

Rather than by the book just google it there is a Oprah youtube that explains it.

Worked for us, loved it DD is now 7 months and we feel it helped us during those first few months. She was an easy going baby, and I think it's because we knew what she was telling us.

I couldn't seem to find a video that gave full examples of the cries....

My mum gave us the dvd which DP and I watched when I was pregnant.. we were skeptical but found it really worked and made sense! We had so much more confidence as first timers when DD came along.
