    Default Need help: goodbye gift

    so my best friend here in the US is going home to Europe in a few weeks so trying to think of a nice gift to say goodbye and a reminder of our 2 years here


    Not
    - a scrapbook as we haw worked on one together
    - already bought her an engraved ring for her birthday in December
    - nothing too heavy or big


    Was thinking to make a slideshiw/ video for he but not sure how to go abou it haha

    Any ideas would be awesome

    I don't know how to do it, but my daughter put together a slide show of my son's (her brothers) wedding, and put a favourite song with it for their anniversary. It was very special, and it didn't take long. Sorry, but I have no idea of the tech stuff. Marie.

    There are a few websites to make slideshows....I used to make heaps but I can't remember what they are called since I only use my phone these days.

    There's heaps of websites that will put photos onto things like mugs, key rings, t shirts and post them to you.
    We did a mug with photos for DS baptism as a favor for the guests.
    Maybe a t shirt or key ring or water bottle or something will be more suitable for her if she's traveling.

    thank you will have a look for some slideshiw websites (any recommendations would be awesome) Anyone know one you can put videos and photos on the slideshiw or are they mainly for photos only ?

    photo gift is also another nice idea thank you

    Truemedia does pics and vids plus a whole heap of other stuff. It's worth paying the monthly fee for the extras if it's for a gift. I did my nieces sweet 16th with this and my own song choices
