Default Do your children's names 'match'?

So DS has what I would call a 'trendy' name. His first name is traditional but with a slightly different spelling and his middle name is definitely what I would call modern.

This belly babe is a girl and she will be named after family members that have passed, both the first and middle names are quite old fashioned/classic in a nice way.

I may be overthinking it but I have this weird anxiety about their names being so different! Am I crazy? Did your kid's names need to 'match'?

Note these are NOT my children's names...but to illustrate my point a similar example might be something like Izaak River and Daisy Elizabeth.

I guess our names all sort of match, but we didn't really pick it up until after our last was born.

    So
    DH - Jason
Me - Merin (shortening of my name)
    DS1 - Keiran
    Ds2 - Davin

    All ending with n.

Not a fan of 'matching' names. Call your DD what you want and what suits her.

I think ours match, very old names but others might not see it that way.
    We have Lincoln and Ivy.

I like names to be along the same theme. Fortunately DH and I were on the same page with names, liking unusual but not weird names.

My 2 DS's names 'match' . They both have animal names and 2nd names are also unusual but old English.

Only difference is DS2 has 2 middle names and DS1 only has one.

I wanted DS1 to have two but DH didn't want it at the time and when DS2 came along I just put the extra name in there as it's a family name from my dads side. (Very traditional)

So really only first names match

I don't think mine match- not even my twins and I know that made some people anxious!
