Default Baby belts and c section

i had my second c section a week ago and was wondering if anyone has used a baby belt in recovery ? Did it work and would you recommend one?
Any advice on how long do I have to wait to exercise?

    Thanks for your help!

I wore stc recovery shorts after my c sec. They were awesome. I was walking straight away but I waited till after my 6 week check to do anything else.
