    @theoneandonlyem - same here!! my HyCoSy last week showed I definitely have polycystic ovaries as well. My bloods have always come back in normal range, so it's always been inconclusive till now! Good luck with your clomid cycle! I'm now off to start my first round of IVF (nervous but completely excited). Have my interview next week with the nurses to go through the plan and get my scripts and also having a BT to see where I'm at. Will either need to take provera to prompt a bleed or get started straight away. Yay!

    It's been weird not doing anything for the past 3-4 weeks since my last induction cycle. So glad to finally have some forward movement again!

    Thanks @Shrillian. I'm just glad I'm on the clomid. The first cycle which was an ovulation monitoring cycle was a bit frustrating as I wanted to be 'doing' something. It would've been nice to not have to get to this point, but here we are. Hopefully with the PCO diagnosis it makes things clearer now, but who knows. Good luck with your IVF. Fx you only need to do one cycle to get your bfp!

    Once a week isn't too bad. Your nausea should be completely gone by 13-14 weeks hopefully. It still sucks

    Thanks! I hope so too!

    I did 6 rounds of OI with Letrozole. BFP first go, but a late chem. and the rest were BFNs. Annoyed it's come to IVF, but thankful there are further treatments available for me.

    I get the frustration! Good luck with your clomid cycle! Hopefully it brings you your BFP!

    @MrsTugs - thanks hun. I reeeally hope so!!!

    So I saw the FS yesterday. On ultrasound I have 2 dominant follicles on my left ovary, both 19-20mm in size. Having daily bloods now looking for the LH surge/signs of ovulation. He'd mentioned the risk of multiples previously when talking about the Clomid, but he actually went more in depth yesterday talking about twins, the types of twins, the safest types of twins etc, so I'm suspecting he thinks it's highly possible if we fall this cycle given that I have 2 follicles. We shall just have to wait and see..
    @Shrillian, how are you going with your preparation for IVF? Have you got a starting point yet?

    @theoneandonlyem - I started last night!!!

    Had my consultation and orientation appointment at 1100 yesterday, along with a blood test to check where my levels were at (not baseline = take Provera to prompt a bleed; baseline = start straight away).

    Guess they came back baseline enough ad they called for me to come and collect my meds!

    First jab was last night! Yay!

    ETA - yay for big follies!!!

    All sounding positive ladies.

    I'm 26+5 and my morning sickness is back. Definitely got a big bump now and bub is very active so enjoying it. Getting a bit breathless at times and not allowed to do much around the farm these days :-(
