It just isn't working for me so I don't want to keep spending money on it. Plus I know tomorrow she's going to hammer on about wanting to see DH too, but her hours and location are just not easy for DH to get there. *sigh* I guess I'll go tomorrow and just tell them I will ring back to book another appt, then not ring back. I hate disappointing people and it's been 6 months and no real change. Plus the herbs she wants me to take are foul. I can't even stomach them. I want to gag/vomit everytime I take them. I would rather drink vinegar than the herbs. Blergh.
You poor love! I found acupuncture a total waste of time as well. Can you swallow the herbs whole? Health food stores sell edible capsules you can put your own stuff in, easier to get down than a tea tincture type thing!
I get them online just google "the capsule guy" he is an Adelaide but sells online. They have gelatin or veggie based in all different sizes

They're liquid herbs, I'm supposed to take 10ml twice a day. Ugh. I think I've barely managed more than 5-6 doses from the bottle which I've had for about 3 months now. I don't think the capsules would work because of the liquid/amount. I mainly went to acupuncture to try it first before seeing. FS. But now I'm seeing the FS, I don't see the point continuing with the acupuncture. I dunno. It's all too hard.

So ladies I saw the FS again today. Start on clomid tonight and then have a saline Hysterosalpingogram on Friday. It's similar to the hycosy a few of you have had, but not quite the same. Glad to have a plan of attack. And also hoping DH and I are successful first month, but we shall see!

Thanks. I'm really hoping it works. I'd love to avoid the stress and cost of anything more invasive.

    Hi Ladies,

I see there are some of you on here who are pregnant so I have a question (it might end up being a few..lol)

How the hell did you get through the 2ww??!!! I am due to take a PT this week but with no real knowledge of how long my cycle is I can't wait till AF is late so going to take one just after 2 weeks of Ovulation! I am needing some assistance, with this latest cycle taking 100mg of clomid and finding out I did ovulate I am now on struggle street!!

I did a PT on Sunday arvo and it was negative, but plan to take another one later this week as I should get an accurate reading then (with morning urine too) but feel like my head is going to explode with possible symptoms and waiting.

Did you girls get symptoms in the 2 weeks or what?? I am nervous as I think I am getting my hopes up as this is only my second round of clomid and well honestly, I just picture this being a longer process for the DH and I to have a baby so am expecting a negative- sorry for my negativity !

@tassiewife, the TWW is definitely tough! I don't know anything about clomid and it's effect on things sorry...I got my BFP at 12dpo and was about 200% sure I was wasting my time but tested because DH wanted me to . Looking back (I am 10w tomorrow) I had insomnia and headaches at the time but didn't attribute them to anything...sorry for the rambling!

Mmmm interesting ! I am currently 12dpo too if I did ovulate when I think I did! Clomid does make things a lil harder and the fact that I have never ever had a normal cycle! Haha.
I know some people can get positive tests at 9 or 10dpo but I have also heard of others getting negatives then and then a positive later, hence why even with my negative PT on Sunday arvo I haven't ruled it out yet!

Impatient haha. Just want the time to hurry up!! Doing everything I can to keep us on track with my weight loss and financial stuff. Trying to get all the big random payments out of the way so we don't get caught out.

We have found out DHs work will likely cover at least part of the testing and/or the cycling so just need to find out specifics of that! Will be a huge relief, even if is only a small assistance.

We have decided we will likely cycle around mid-oct, which is 3 cycles time.

Oh my goodness. So I've just had my Saline Hysterosalpingogram (similar to the hycosy, but slightly different). That was not pleasant. They only put 1ml into the catheter to open my cervix but that was plenty. In fact they had to take a bit out because I couldn't tolerate it. The rest was tolerable, just like period cramps really, and now it's all done I feel fine. The dr who did it said that I've definitely got polycystic ovaries though, so that's an interesting development. I thought I did too from my initial USS before seeing my FS but the report from that said all was normal. So, fun times for me. Any way in day 4 of clomid this cycle so we shall see what happens.
