I miss chatting to you all.. I need to venture onto pregnancy threads but until I get my first scan I'm still being cautious. I'm 10 w + 2 days. First scan is on the 19th May. I will be 12 w + 3 days. I get the blood test the week before. I've got an awesome doctor. Morning sickness is actually all day sickness, but more nauseous then throwing up. Crampy stretching pains, it's certainly a different feeling. I struggle to want to eat but make myself, dry crackers I can keep down. Everything smells lol.. But tired but still doing everything as normal. I can notice I've got a lil belly happening already but no one has said anything. We've told our parents and siblings and that's it.
good luck to everyone who is still trying or has recently conceived .

Yes I can imagine the ladies already utd would have moved onto expecting threads which is fair enough...very exciting times!!

MrsT did you notice your sex drive increased from taking vitex? I'm stoked that mine has as it was low before! I blame BC for that...I started taking it on Thurs after recommendation from a naturopath. Hoping it helps with settling my skin too...since coming off BC I get a pimple about once a week which never used to happen

Just wondering about people who have been to naturopaths and have been advised to take vitex..can you start taking it as soon as you have it or just from cd1? I am sick yet again, 3rd time in 6 weeks...boggles my mind as I am eating healthily and exercising regularly!

I was just told I should take it in the morning before eating. Started mid cycle..

Kat...my advice from Naturopaths as I got sick heaps last year, was to take chewable vit C and echinacea they both help fight colds and increase your immune system

MrsT can you pls change my TTC to Sept? Thanks!

It doesn't matter when you start taking it cos it's just a herbal supplement, same like your folate, doesn't matter when you start, it will just slowly start building up in ur system.

So lucky me, I have a cold. The only thing that is lucky is that I'm in the TWW so I don't even have to think about dtd. Blergh. Why does sickness exist, really. No one enjoys it. It just sucks!

Katvee-you and I will be experiencing this vitex thing for the first time together hehe...have noticed any side effects yet. Will be very interesting to see if it helps shorten my cycle this month though!
