Default FET success rates and protocols?

Hi all, just wanted to join and get some advice/info about FET's. I have been lucky enough to have 1 natural, and 5 years later 1 IVF baby (short stim cycle using puregon) - we were MFI. I have 1 frozen embryo (3BB) and can't bring myself to destroy, give up for medical science or donate, so... we are going to give it one last go. Can anyone tell me what the odds of thaw survival is, odds of pregnancy and what - if any drug protocols are used with FETs? Oh and first time I had a low lying placenta, second time grade 4 placenta previa - chances of that again? Sorry for the novel, hoping to get some info and support! thanks for reading!

Thing really depend on your clinic there freezing protocols and embryo quality, my clinic did cryopreservation and all my embryos were frozen at a good to top quality grade, I have just had my first successful FET from a 4BA embryo, when frozen it was a 4AA but dropped on thaw, I did a HRT cycle ( hormone replacement therapy) I was on 6 mg of estradiol by mouth, two estradiol and progesterone by vaginal pesseries three progesterone vaginal pesseries one cardiprin ( aspirin), they also used embryo glue.
