I had an argument with a sand which salad bar type of place (not subway just a foodcourt place) because the guy would make food for customers the put his gloves that he was using in his pockets the get them out and use agin for the next lot of customers!!! I asked him to change to new gloves as who knows how long he would use the same gloves for and I got so much attitude! He was the manager to!

I hate when people at the Maccas drive through hold my straw in their hands and touch the bit I'll be drinking from! In the US most places have wrapped straws - much better!

This van was there because the local council was hosting a multicultural festival at the park. The van was selling gelati as apart of this.

I don't think that's the right attitude. Does it make those who purchase gelati from these vans less deserving of hygienic service?

I've noticed a lot of bare hands touching my food in full view of me lately, like at the butcher and Woolworths deli. If they're doing it right in front of me, they obviously don't see anything wrong with it which I think is the biggest issue!

This doesn't bother me. I pay for food and handle money then eat with my hands. No biggie I reckon germs are everywhere anyway.
I do think those handling food should follow the rules and guidelines though.
