    Default Flying after a c-sect

I was wondering if anyone had flown (domestic) after a c-sect and how soon after? I am hoping to fly 7-8 weeks after my scheduled c-sect. I am a fast healer and I am also good with pain I am happy to wear compression stockings of need be to avoid clots. Any advice welcomed

Seeing as after 6 weeks post partum you're considered to be back to "normal", I don't think there would be any problems.

I flew 4 hours to Darwin 8 weeks after I had my first DD and it was no problem I didn't even wear the stockings.

I flew a week after having a c/s then again at 3&4 weeks without any issues at all. My OBGYN just said I had to wear my stockings for the flight.
