we had our "12 week scan" (cant remember exact date but i think it was closer to 13 weeks) on a monday and sonographer didnt say anything although we were going to have a surprise and not find out gender until on the friday i had an antenatal appt at the hospital and the doctor did a quick scan and just says congratulations it looks like a girl, one of each how nice(already had a ds).
well at 20ish week scan he was proven wrong and we had another beautiful boy.
the sonographer was shocked he could have even guessed a girl cos as soon as she put the ultrasound probe on my belly you could see a willy straight away.

I was told at 14 weeks a girl I was sceptical that they could even see that early at 20 weeks we discovered she was in fact a girl still I don't believe they can tell that early and it was most likely a lucky guess. I have how ever used the gender pee test and it came back as a girl for the same pregnancy. I didn't bother to use it again for my DS as I had a feeling from the start he was a boy.

We were told a boy at the 13 week scan, saw a little willy and everything! Well it must have fallen off at 20 weeks because we were told it was a girl which is what we thought we were having - next time I'm not letting anyone take a guess at the first scan!
