    Aaa,
I had ohss last year. Prior to epu i was bloated like i was 4 months pregnant. I probably should not have gone through epu or possibly should have been coasted as it turns out i had too many eggs, unfortunately it was not picked up that I had 34 follicles. 1 day post epu with severe abdominal pain, than that night at 3am severe vomiting non stop, dehydration, then took myself to hospital, remained bloated with fluid accumulation into my lungs so hard to breathe, then like clockwork nausea at 3am every night for about 5 more days. Symptoms started to ease 7 days post epu (once hcg trigger was out of system). I think there are varying cases of ohss. I certainly was no where near the worst. But there are milder cases where people can just get pain and bloating.

If you are experiencing pain then I would call your FS, do they have a mobile? Or if things spiral worse take yourself to hospital. I've only ever had one epu, maybe the other girls could let you know if they had pain. But definitely follow this up. Thinking of you and hope you feel better soon.

Thanks @BaoLovesLudo I don't think my case is as bad as yours, but certainly keeping my eye on it as I've heard some horrible cases. Its more the pain and discomfort and bloating thats bothering me. I'm not vomitting etc so probably in the mild category. Will keep up my fluids etc and hope for the best.

Okay great aaa, keep hydrated. I was told to make sure fluid in is approximately fluid out, keep an eye on your weight and waist circumference, pain killers, and rest up well. Really hope you feel better soon

I found it took about 10 days to fully be ok...youll get there, it just sux in the meantime. So sorry you are going through this after no eggs, it would seem very unfair.

@AAA as others have said keep your fluids up. It does get better eventually but is awful while it is happening. I found it took me about a week to start feeling some relief and about 10 days to two weeks before I felt back to normal. I remember the discomfort got higher as it went on. Hope you are feeling better soon.

How is everyone in the TWW going? Anyone planning on POAS soon?

AFM: I convinced the clinic to let me do my BT today instead of Monday and numbers just came back at 268. I'm thrilled! I'm officially pregnant!
