Hi @babygirl7 - I'm a little behind so may have missed some replies/context, but as I understand it, progesterone is what stops AF coming. My FS told me recently (because we were checking my progesterone levels to make sure they wouldn't risk the pregnancy) that it definitely needs to be above 15. I think that applies to the TWW as well. I think she also said something about 15-79 is an unknown zone ... But I didn't pursue that any further with her so I don't know if over 79 is great or a problem? My reading was 23 and she said that was fine, not particularly high, but fine and given the pessaries go directly to where they are needed levels will be higher than in the blood. Mind you, I have to take 8x200mg pessaries a day to keep it high enough... My Greek clinic suggested I take 2x200mg orally as well to be on the safe side, but my FS here said oral progesterone has been linked to genital abnormalities in female babies so I'm not taking them.

So not sure if that helps or not ... Big hug!

Now onto the next worry of STAYING pregnant! Having lost 3 babies in the past I won't be taking anything for granted until the baby is in my arms safe and sound but just for tonight I am going to savour this feeling.

YAY! Yay! YAY! Awesome news! I totally understand that worry you feel about making it to the end. I really hope to relax into this at some point but it hasn't happened yet! Wishing you a stress free pregnancy!
