It was 'ok' I was there for a looong time! 9am-1.40pm with ds2 (10months). Left feeling a bit flat. I wasn't someone who feared birth prior to giving birth! I had an emergency c-section with DS1 then a Vbac with dd and DS2. Ds2 had mild shoulder dystocia. And now I'm scared :-( I had a lot of tears the night after the hospital appt. I just want the safest for baby and just don't know what way to go.... As DH says we still have plenty of time.

Your DH is right Goosey, plenty of time to decide. Be guided by the doctors but at the end of the day, do what you are comfortable with. The most important outcome is a healthy mum and bub, how you get there doesn't matter xxx

An old school friend of mine has been pestering me on the sex of our baby. I told her over f/b message and her response was so upsetting.

"Oh ok" was all she wrote. I'm quite ****ed off.

If people are disappointed that we are having a third boy, I wish they'd at least pretend to be happy!!

Oh Loulaa, that's horrible. I've unfortunately heard a lot of people with 3 of the same saying peoples reactions, friends and strangers, were the worst :-( lots of hugs, sometimes ppl can just be really thoughtless. It's wonderful to have a new baby on the way! Are you starting to get some more flutters? Is your scan this week?

Huge hugs @LouLaa how awful. This is EXACTLY the reason that I've kept my mouth shut. We are talking about a brand new life here people!!! I've just played dumb to most people and said we don't know because I don't need the crap. My MIL is busting to know but her response would be along the same lines. I'm excited about another boy! I love the idea that each of my boys will have two mates they can always rely on.

    That's my hope anyway xx

I can't get over the way ppl react to 3 of the same! I don't have the personal experience, but there are a lot of boys on both DH and my families. My aunt had 4 boys and we always thought we'd have a house full of boys! I was surprise when dd came along (and quite terrified to be honest) Like you said chippa what fun a group of boys will have!

How awful! People are stupid, don't worry about her! Congratulations, you will have 3 boys to look after you, you are very blessed.
