I wouldn't trust any test outside of the recommended test frame. Hopefully your doc can give you some answers though

Just an update to those who gave advice... I went to my GP on tues and was sent for blood tests. He is testing to make sure I am not pregnant but said he doesn't think I am from the sounds of things. I don't know exactly what else he is testing for...there was a long list of things. I can't get back to see him for the results until next thurs...so will just wait and see. Thanks again everyone

For those playing along at home...I am not pregnant. It looks like early menopause! I am 29 and so bloody grateful to have already had our babies as it looks like my baby making days are over. I need to have a follow up blood test in three months, but he said that if we want to have another bub we need to start trying now and will most likely need IVF. It definitely explains other things that I had just waved away... Irritability, quick to anger, feeling hot a lot.

Don't really know how I feel about the news

I'm really sorry it's obviously definitely not the kind of news u wanted at 29 just so happy you already have some beautiful children. I hope the follow up results are different x

Wow! I would never have guessed that! I'm glad it was nothing more sinister.

Wow, thankyou for updating but sorry its not news you were expecting. I don't blame you for not knowing what to feel. Best of luck for your f/up tests, hope they can get a treatment plan in place quickly to help things settle for you
