@thatwldbeme I am so sorry that this cycle wasn't your lucky one. Allow yourself to be upset for a little while- and then dust off your boots and jump into the next cycle. Even though it is terrible that this iui hasn't worked, you are that bit closer to your BFP. It's great news that you ovulated, and next month will be even better. (Can you please remind me of all this next Wed when I have my blood test). You will have time to do another cycle this year, yeah? Sending you lots of love.

Thanks ladydee for the thoughts- five more sleeps until my blood test. Sounds like you are in very good hands!!!

Spoke to FN about absolute lack of symptoms despite having symptoms last cycle with my chemical- she said every pregnancy is different and I am not out of the race just yet!!! I have managed to move my specialist appointment forward to the end of next week so I can get the show on the road for another cycle before Xmas. My original appointment was on the 2nd of Dec so it was some good luck that I could bring it forward!! Let's hope my luck continues.

    Xxxxx

Hello dear ladies. Thank you all for your kind words and support. I took the whole day off work on Thursday to mellow. Didn't cry as much as I thought I would but still felt like my heart was ripped out of my chest. Yesterday morning still felt crap. But at 1pm I got a surprise when I went to the ladies. A lil pink tinge there to say hello miss aunt flow is on its way. This morning I am in full flow. Let's just say wow that was quick, I was expecting to wait another week was even going to do a detox cleanse haha. So just waiting on the fertility clinic to call me back as I couldn't speak to the nurse when I called as she was busy. But DF ordered me my brand new fridge and surprised me with it yesterday and the company took our old fridge, but guess what he forgot to take out of it? All my injections stuff, let's just say I wasn't impressed this morning when we both realized it was missing. So hoping the FC will Give me another puregon pen. Eek! Let's all us ladies stick together and all get our bfp before Christmas as it looks like we are on our last cycle for the year.

@Heyside fingers crossed that this is your cycle!!!

AFM I am out for sure this cycle. BT is not until tomorrow but started bleeding yesterday arvo. Was hopeful at first that it might have been implantation bleeding- but it hasn't stopped and is getting more red in colour (sorry for the TMI). To make things even more confusing, did a pee on a stick only to have a very faint line show up!! Thinking it could be the meds still in my system, however slightly less faint today when I re tested. Grrrr. I should never have POAS!!!!

Hoping to move my BT to this morning instead, as this is killing me!!!!

S234 - Oh hun sorry to read that so frustrating when af shows herself early. Hope you have managed to have your beta today so you know where you stand and can move forward, will you managed to get another cycle in before Christmas?

Ladydee - How is your new cycle going with your added medications and extras from the great Wazza? Forgot to ask also - did you enjoy the dancing?

thatwldbme - Have you managed to start another cycle?!!!!

Twinkley - I know your cycle looks like it might fall inline with mine so did af arrive and its tomorrow you pick up medication isn't it?

AFM - Medication all picked up ready to inject on Friday, ready to start melatonin then too, really hoping it does the trick and the added bonus of sleeping well as a side effect wont go amiss either. Have been really trying to drink more water for the last week or so and eat an egg a day to increase protein. My diet is also much healthier this cycle too so just hoping everything together does the trick.

@Heyside I had my blood test yesterday and started puregon injections again today. Bah! Can't believe I am back to this again. Didn't even hesitate with the injection and just went stab stab. Haha. @S234 how did the blood test results go?
    How is everyone else going?

Hi lovely ladies. Well, HCG was a measly 10!! Have to repeat test again on Thursday which I thought was strange. Have an appointment Thurs with my FS too, hoping to squeeze in another round before Chrissy.
Thanks for the thoughts. Had a few cries but feeling as good as expected. Xxx

@S234 awww hun! I really hope you can squeeze in another cycle before Christmas, sounds like we all are, so would be fan bloody tastic that we all get our delightful BFP around Christmas time.

on another note, what is with these low HCG counts. mine was at 12 and yours at 10. c-mon mother nature I think we all deserve a healthy baby in our bellies.

Ohhhh S234, I'm so so sorry A second chemical in a row is bloody rough. I wonder if your FS will change anything up this next cycle? Lipiodol flush? Endometrial scratch maybe?? How has your progesterone levels been these last couple of cycles? I hope you're doing ok and this is just some weird cruel way of your body prepping itself for the real deal next cycle. Big big hugs xoxo
@thatwldbme - did you get your meds sorted? My clinic always gives me a new set of drugs (and so they should with the same price!) and I've only ever used some of the left over Progesterone pessaries from the previous cycle to boost a pregnancy. It's hard to push yourself into your next cycle but it really is the best distraction from a disappointing previous one....hope you're doing ok xxx
@Twinkley, have you started jabbing yet??
@Heyside - it really sounds as if your making some positive tweaks to your cycle this time around which I'm sure will make some massive changes! Friday will be here in no time and then you'll off and running again.....grow follies, grow! Dancing was great fun....I went again tonight and bought a pass for 6 classes Plenty of laughs which is just what the doctor ordered! Haven't braved heels yet though....

Ladies, I thought I'd share Wazza's supplement recommendation if anyone was interested and/or in research mode.....ignoring the aspirin of course which is only for if you're on drugs which put you in higher risk of getting a clot. Hope it's readable...

AFM - I'm doing ok. I always get a bit slack with my Metformin after a loss so it's all my fault but I'm going through the gross side affects of building up my tolerance with it again....starting to get into a good routine with it now though. I'm only a few days into my Clexane injections but I can already see I will eventually run out of space! Here's my belly shot in all it's bloated/bruised glory so far....and damned if I can get the sticky stuff off from my patches! I've moved them around to my butt now but I'm sure you don't need a pic of that! Lol......

thatwldbme - Glad to hear you have got things started again, hope you are feeling quite positive and as you start things again.

S234 - Oh hun how frustrating so sorry to hear that. Hope you manage to squeeze in another cycle, maybe ask is there anything you should be changing up to encourage the implantation. Big hugs hun x

Ladydee - Glad to hear you enjoyed the dancing, sounds like fun! Thanks for the info on the other meds you have been put on thinking I may add some vitamin E into the mix after reading your list as cant hurt can it. I see you are on the melatonin too lets hope it works for us both. Oh hun your poor stomach it looks so sore, I had heard those injections can be quite bad but those bruises are nasty, presume you are applying lots of ice? You will be black and blue before you finish - it will be worth it though!!!!!

AFM - Have enquired about acupuncture today but wondering if I have left it all too late, did read it can have benefits around EPU and transfer time so will see if the clinic I have contacted recommend just a few sessions. Thinking about adding the vit E Ladydee mentioned into my mix of drugs - why not cant hurt!
