Hi ladies so sorry I haven't been online, we have had major issues with changing over providers for our internet so haven't been able to get online

S234 - Hope all is going ok in your 2ww hun, I know it can be frustrating. You have to do what is best for you hun with the testing, I like to leave it until the morning of BT before I POAS just to make sure trigger has gone but so I am with DH when I get the result, good luck with whatever you decide and hope you get that bfp.

rj85 - Congratulations hun that is amazing news, so nice to read news like that on this thread, so happy for you!!! Genevieve is a beautiful name, enjoy the special time together x

Ladydee - Amazing picture of your beautiful embie hun, congratulations on being PUPO how exciting!!!! I am so hoping that this is your cycle hun you most definitely deserve it. Keep us updated with your tww.

Thanks so much for all your support on my situation too Ladydee I really appreciate it. I was talking to DH about your theory as to why cycle 2 may be better today but unfortunately it seems like I have a long wait ahead of me until cycle 2 which I am so dissapointed with have reached a point where I am ready to kick and scream this is all so unfair!!!! Yeah my main issue is no ovulation, I suppose I didn't foresee any other issues but obviously I need to improve my egg quality, I plan on starting some of those supplements very soon so thanks hun.

Twinkley - So sorry you are having a long wait for your af hun, hope it arrives soon and you can get going again.

AFM - Thanks for the messages girls, really nice to know I have you girls to speak to who know how all this feels. Have to say we had really come to terms quite well with an expected bfn due to the bad results with our embryos, our chances weren't high. I had the bfn confirmed yesterday even though I knew that was result due to the arrival of af. I also spoke to them about our next step though and unfortunately due to being with a budget clinic I now have to wait again and they probably wont fit me in again until Decemeber, I am so upset about the wait . We have been at this game for nearly 2 years now and can't believe we have to wait again, the age gap between my DD is just getting wider. I have to have a follow up appointment soon with a specialist about my past cycle so will be asking if I wasn't with the budget clinic would they now be using a different protocol due to how this cycle went - if so I may have to change my clinic.

@Heyside - the sh*test of sh*t news I'm so sorry it was a BFN. I've been there without the frosties as well, I literally could not get out of bed for a few days so I think you are absolutely amazing for getting onto things to look at the next cycle. You WILL get there, I know you will!!
@Ladydee, omg your beautiful embie could be a picture from the clinic brochures! It looks perfect, well done you

Hey everyone else, hope you are all travelling well.

AFM - I'm doing an antagonist cycle this time ladyee, the previous two cycles have been long down so I'm interested to see the results. I got 19 and 24 eggs last time and no frosties so fingers crossed this different protocol will yield better results. I'm onto day 3 of jabs...menupur this time which is going ok....we shall see anyway

Thanks Buttercup, I think that is one of the hardest things we have dealt with the fact that we have no frosties after 15 eggs - so disappointing and then to top it off the fact we have to wait before we can get going again, at least it gives the new supplements I plan on starting chance to get into my system (trying to stay positive). Can I ask the reason your fs has chosen to try a antagonist cycle? I have PCOS and have read up that the antagonist cycle is the best one to try for us PCOS girls but my clinic don't use this protocol. We seem to have had similar situations having a number of eggs but no frosties just wondering if I should push for this type of cycle and transfer to my clinics sister clinic which do different types of cycle but at a more expensive price (will be worth it). Hope the change works for you will be following with interest - good luck x

Ladydee hope you are feeling well after your transfer and are staying relaxed now you are PUPO

Hope everyone else is well x

Heyside, just out of curiosity, where are you located? Because if it is Sydney, Westmead is a budget clinic but they put me through an antagonist cycle as standard when I went there.

Hey @Heyside. I'm really not sure, I assume it was because I got so many eggs and such a sh*tty results last time on long down that he's decided to go with this protocol. I really hope it makes the difference for us. I got that impression from the nurse anyway when she was running through things with me she kinda said 'oh yes no wonder he's got you on antagonist...' time will tell. @KarmaJane I'm with Westmead at the moment. Is that where you got your BFP?
