Thank you once again for your support and concern, it truly means so much.

My admission time is for 7:30am. I am under the same psychiatrist as last time. My bag is packed although I'm not sure how well I packed it considering how vague I am at the moment! I'm just about to go and have a nice cool shower, shave my legs and watch some tv. I'm hoping I can sleep tonight. I'm feeling relieved that help is on it's way but all of the other yucky feelings are still there as well.

    I'm ready. Deep breaths.

Thank you all for your support. I'm going to attempt to go technology free while I'm there so I won't be checking in here.

    Hi everyone.

Things are going well, I'm very happy to be here. I see my psychiatrist every day and I've seen a registrar once. I told him something I have never told anyone, ever. Now to get the courage to tell my psychiatrist. I shake uncontrollably when I think of it and am scared/don't want to talk about it. There is a psychologist who runs group sessions every day. We don't talk about our personal situations, just discuss day to day things like procrastination for example. She isn't here until Monday now so I've just been doing crosswords or playing scrabble, Yahtzee or solitaire on my phone. The nurses are wonderful and are great to talk to.

I'm very tired and very shaky. The kids are coming up to see me shortly, I can't wait for cuddles.

I'll be here for at least a week but I'm hoping for longer, especially if I get the courage to talk about that stuff again,

Thanks for your beautiful words, thoughts and prayers xxxx
