It's a chocolate cake made with a tin of kidney beans instead of flour! I was so skeptical but my god it's good.
Passed the four year old test I wonder if hubby will pick it being made with kidney beans.
It's great as a gluten free substitute as well

It is a thermomix recipe but could be done with a food processor/blender.

I found it took about an hour to cook in a 180 oven using a normal round cake tin.

So we went to the library today and made some Easter cards. Ds2 made his for me and stuck on a lovely fake little Easter egg. I found it on the table before with bite marks... Yep, he thought it was real and tried to eat it.

My heart is soaring reading that. How completely cute that he tried to bite it, lol!
