Default family daycare in a rental?

    Has anyone done it before?
was it difficult to get owner approval?
the rental I'm currently in is approx 10 yrs old, would there be anything like safety glass needed or would the current glass be already safety glass due to building code?

I don't personally have experience but a good friend of mine has started up family day care in a rental this year..
She had the owners full support which made things very easy!
Hope this means it will also be easy for you!
