    I had a terrible recovery from my csection. I found the bleeding got worse when I was trying to do too much, like hanging washing, vacuuming etc. plus lifting a 2yo who didn't understand.

    My back wasn't sore before though so I ruled that out.

    Im going to have try n do nothing lol.
